It has announced that the iPod nano line will have a new 1GB iPod nano. The nano will also be a more in the range of the average person. It will cost $149.

The newest lawsuit comes from John Kiel Patterson in Louisiana, who is suing Apple in a class action lawsuit, because he claims that the iPod causes hearing loss.
