		<description>An update has been released which has a different name and adds the same user right protection to Outlook. Note that installing the program adds an icon for each of the protected programs - IE and Outlook. If you need to have full admin rights, like when you want to use the Windows Update, you click on the original icon. If you try to run Windows Update with the program's IE icon, you will get a failure message since you won't have rights to install anything via IE.
This is a no-brainer, as far as I am concerned. I'm rolling it out to my staff.</description>
