The Qosmio G35-AV660 has a 17-inch widescreen display with a 1920×1200 resolution. The notebook has 2GB of RAM, which is substantial to run advanced applications or games without crashing the system. It also comes with 256 MB of graphics memory in the GeForce Go 7600 graphics card.
With the computer’s strong processing power, the Qosmio can view live TV from a cable or satellite (using its built in TV tuner). It also allows the user to record and edit television. And with 240 GB (2x 120 GB drives) of hard drive space you should have no problem storing tons of TV programs, music and files.
The Qosmio G35-AV660 from Toshiba uses Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. However, the notebook is Windows Vista Premium Ready.
This notebook really does have outstanding specs. The hard drive space is very abundant. It’s processing power, coupled with the 2GB of RAM, and 256 MB of graphics memory, create a strong engine to run the computer.
Added to that, viewing movies in high-definition is a huge bonus. Watching, recording, and saving live television is also a great feature.
With all these great features comes a big price. The Qosmio G35-AV660 is roughly $3,500 (US). For more information visit Toshiba’s product page.
