Smart Watches are watches that function as watches but also work with MSN Direct, a service that will forward information to your watch and even allow you to receive MSN chat. The service is on a cost per month basis.

Okay, so if you bought one of these gadgets, you’d need to activate it and hook it up to a service plan which allows for different channels to be sent to your watch. A channel in this case could be news, or weather, or sports etc.

The service, though, does cost you. The MSN Directly Plan lets you get all of the above channels for $39.95 + taxes a year with the first month free. The monthly plan has you paying $9.95 + taxes for the same channels.

For $20 more per year, you have extra features added to your watch such as calendar appointment reminders, receive messages from MSN.

Is It Really Good?

What’s great is that you can get a lot of information on your watch. You have the convenience of having all the information in one place. And if you are either the person who needs to have it all now, are a big CEO that needs to keep track of all this information, or have the money to blow to start impressing your friends than you should get it.

However, if you are like me, there are many ways of getting that information.
