Today we’re gonna look at another Tablet PC released this time by Fujitsu Computers. A couple days ago we discussed one that was released by Toshiba. The LifeBook T4210 Tablet PC is the one pictured here.
This new tablet pc, like most tablet pcs, can act as a notebook but can also converts into a tablet PC. The LifeBook T4210 uses an Intel Core Duo processor. The LifeBook T4210 comes in 3 models so the clock speeds range from (1.66 GHz, 1.83 Ghz, and 2 GHz).
The Tablet PC runs on the Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC opertating system and also comes with Microsoft Office OneNote 2003. Also included is a 40 GB, 60 GB, or 80 GB hard drive depending on the model you buy. I was a little disappointed that the highest model only came with an 80 GB hard drive as 100 GB hard drives are becoming standard in higher models.
RAM is pretty standard on the tablet PCs. The two lower models both have 512 MB of RAM, while the highest model contains 1 GB or RAM which is very good.
The LifeBook T4210 from Fujitsu has a 12.1″ widescreen LCD monitor attached and it also has a two-directional hinge. The LCD monitor has a wide viewing angle pegged at over 160 degrees.
Some other cool features of Fujitsu’s latest tablet PC is that it has a fingerprint scanner, can access Bluetooth networks, and include two microphones with noise cancellation features.
The pricing for the LifeBook T4210 varies for each model. They are as follows $1,729 (lowest), $1,899 (middle), and $2,349 (highest). If you want more information, visit the LifeBook T4210 product page on Fujitsu’s website.
