Well, after discussing the USB coffee warmer, we’ve got a cool gadget that does just the opposite.
If you aren’t a fan of warm beverages such as coffee, or tea and love to keep your cold beverages chilled then CoolIt Systems’ Beverage Chiller is for you.
CoolIt System’s Beverage Chiller allows one to plug this cold plate into your computer, XBOX 360 and PS2.
One must remember that the company also makes computer cooling devices, so you are definitely going to get a chilled drink.
The Beverage Chiller weighs a mere 1.1 pounds and its dimensions are 11″ x 7″ x 2.25″.
The Chiller uses a mere 5.75W of power but provides enough chilling power to cool your berverage at 45 degrees Fahrenheit or about 7.2 degrees Celcius.
To use the Beverage Chiller simply follow these directions:
1) Place the Beverage Chiller on a level surface.
2) Plug the Beverage Chiller into the USB port.
3) Place your beverage on the Chiller.
The Beverage Chiller keeps your drink cold for hours, which means you can be playing for hours on your XBOX and still have the drink cold to the last drop.
The gadget looks very nice and is a stylish add-on to any computer or laptop. I absolutely love the blue and white contrast.
The unit sells for $39.99 US and can be purchased from the CoolIt website.
For more information visit the product page on CoolIt System’s website.

1Neat idea - for $15 at Best Buy I might be in for one, cuz I am lazy. But $40 is a tad steep. Here’s hoping they sell lots , and can bring the price down.

2It’s a very unique idea…but practically speaking, unless you like to through your money away on somewhat useless gizmos…who’s going to buy one.
Neat to see all that can be done with technology…but some things just aren’t for the average person.
