ASUS Computers will be officially unveil the Lamborghini VX1 notebook one August 18, 2006 at the US 2006 Concorso Italiano. However, we’ve got the scoop on these absolutely stunning notebooks. As you can see from the image above the Asus-Lamborghini VX1 notebook will come in two colors: black and yellow.

Is this notebook computer fast? Well, with “Lamborghini” you sure would expect it to be. The notebook features a 512 MB NVIDIA GeForceGo 7400VX graphics card which delivers stunning images.

The notebook computer uses the Intel Duo Core T2500. It clocks in at 2.0 Ghz. That is fast for a notebook computer. While not the fastest on the market it will deliver a lot of speed.

Because the processor is a Duo Core it needs less power so you get 25% more battery life.

The memory on the Asus-Lamborghini VX1 notebook is plentiful. You receive 2 GB of RAM. Added with the graphics memory and the speed of the processor, mentioned above you should be set to play any intense game or application.

The Asus-Lamborghini VX1 notebook contains a beautiful 15-inch display and the computer weighs less then most 14-inch notebooks on the market. Just what you would expect from Lamborghini.

Other features from the notebook: It connects wireless to Bluetooth and to Wireless LAN’s (802.11 a/b/g networks). It comes with a mouse and a bag.

One other thing I expect from Lamborghini is their huge price tag. The notebook costs roughly $2,799 (US). But one thing I know is that if you own this baby (just like the real car) you’ll be one huge centre of attention.
